I’ve been told I’m a good cook numerous times, but I’m a truly a superb eater. I enjoy eating, especially the act of dining. So many things (service, atmosphere, among others) go into an enjoyable dinner, that truly good establishments should be celebrated.

Food is pleasure. The leisurely French meals spread over hours and enhanced by wine are my idea of a perfect evening.

As I am always on a quest for good, new restaurants, it seems I should be sharing my thoughts more publicly. Hopefully, my writing will help you choose the perfect restaurant for your evening.
